Head Coach - Bailey Neises

Bailey is a 2015 graduate of Howard High School where he was a six-year letterwinner and five-
year All-Conference selection. While in high school, Bailey was a 3x state finalist and state
champion compiling a career record of 138-19. Following high school, Bailey attended
Augustana University where he was a 3-year starter compiling over 70 wins during his career.
He was able to accumulate multiple recognitions including NSIC wrestler of the week, NWCA
Division II Scholar All-American, and NSIC All-Conference. Bailey returns to the Harrisburg youth
club after serving as an assistant coach from 2015-2020. He now lives in Sioux Falls with his
wife, Alaina, and employed as a physical therapist with Avera Health.
